The embedded microprocessor has been packed in PLCC for convenient overseas shipping. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is MICROPROCESSOR. In total, 84 terminations have been made. Using a 5V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. There are 16 bits in its architecture. A 20MHz frequency is used by the CPU. To learn about the functions of the pins 84 please refer to their datasheets. With a 16 external data bus width, this CPU has a wide data bus. An environment with a temperature higher than 85°C is not recommended for the embedded microprocessor. This CPU is widely used in a variety of applications with its Surface Mount mounting. Ideally, the CPU will operate at 20MHz MHz. There is a 5V function for the micro processor. 5V is the core voltage of the CPU. In a normal situation, users should not supply the CPU microprocessor with a voltage higher than 5.5V. There should be 4.5V voltage applied to the CPU microprocessor below 4.5V.
