EN80C188EB13 Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in LCC for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Bulk. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. To date, there have been 84 terminations. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 5V voltage supply. An architecture based on 16 bits is used. 13MHz is the frequency of the CPU. An example of a Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. According to datasheets, the micro processor requires 5V power sources. A 5V core voltage is present on the CPU. CPU voltage can't be higher than 73mA. Override the -40°C setting in the operating environment.
