Packed in PLCC, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. A 12MHz frequency is used by the CPU. To learn about the functions of the pins 68 please refer to their datasheets. Temperatures above 85°C should not be used with the microprocessor. With the Surface Mount mounted, this CPU is widely used in a wide range of applications. It is expected that the CPU will reach a top frequency of 12MHz. In order to function, the embedded microprocessor must be set to 5V. A 5V core voltage is present on the CPU. Users should not supply the embedded microprocessor with voltages higher than 5.5V in normalcircumstances. The lowest voltage that should be applied to the micro processor is 4.5V.
