A neat SOIC package is used.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 64MB bytes.The supply voltage of the device must be 3.3V in order to operate correctly.With different functions, 16 terminations can be used.There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V that can be applied to this memory device.2.7V must be the minimum voltage supplied to the device.Using FLASH memory chips, this is what you get.SERIAL-processing is used to transmit data through this memory using the SERIAL-processing algorithm.Speaking of speed, this is a memory IC that can work at a 100MHz frequency.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for it to operate.
