FAN6248HBMX Overview
Packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). In order to save space, it comes in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is mounted in the same way as Surface Mount. Temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C when functioning. This system has exceptional performance, which makes it a perfect choice for Secondary-Side Controller, Synchronous Rectifier. High efficiency can be achieved with a 0V~27V supply voltage. There is an analog IC ANALOG CIRCUIT in this device. It has a total of 8 terminations. It is possible to achieve high efficiency on a 12V supply voltage. Currently there is 8.5mA current being supplied to the system. A maximum supply voltage of 27V is set for Vsup (maximum supply voltage). Mounting is performed in accordance with the method of Surface Mount. Input voltage is set to 4V~4.7V.
