For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tube represents the package.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.In this case, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER serves as the interface IC.The number of component pins is 8.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 600V.
