For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Gate drivers is package in Tube case.Configuration is supported by 1 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number FAN7371.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED IGBT/MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.Its maximum power dissipation of 625mW also demonstrates its maximum ability to transfer power without overheating.
