It comes in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 9V~30V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -25°C~85°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 500kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Soft Start. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters.
