The 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 8V~16V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 118V.
