FDMF6700 Overview


In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 6.4V~13.5V.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.In order for -55°C~150°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.Bootstrap Circuit is another of full bridges specific characteristics.The maximum amount of current which output reaches 65A.
