FDMF6820C Overview
In this package, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the Module package.Surface Mount is adopted as a technique to mount H gate on the PCB.In a signal interface, the 40 pins serve as pronged contacts.When the ambient temperature reaches 50A, the power supply will provide the maximum load current possible.Through the pins of the power supply and output, there is a current of 50A.There is a 1 output on it.The 2 drivers are integrated into the system.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is acceptable for minimizing costs.In order to avoid excessive costs, a minimum operating temperature of -40°C is acceptable.
