A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for the delivery of this product.Serializer/Deserializer is packaged in 42-VFBGA case.There is a mounting type recommended by the manufacturer called Surface Mount.-30°C~70°C TA operating temperature varies with the device.This chip has an output that is connected to 1.65V~3.6V volts of power.Serializer/Deserializer is possible for the user to enter input into a LVCMOS form.There is a recognition of the output type as LVCMOS for the interface IC.Serializer/Deserializer is necessary to operate the 12/2 inputs.In addition to maintaining 2/12 outputs, the device can also generate DC outputs.This electrical component is included in the μSerDes? series.
