FW80960VH100 Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in BGA. High reliability is achieved using advanced packaging method Bulk. At 100MHz, the CPU operates. Detailed functions for 324 pins can be found in the datasheets. Using the microprocessor in an environment above 95°C is not recommended. With the Surface Mount mounted, this CPU is widely used in a wide range of applications. In order to function, the embedded microprocessor must be set to 3.3V. It is 3V on the CPU's core. A 1kB amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed. Users should not supply a microprocessor with more voltage than 3.6V under normalcircumstances. In order for the micro processor to work at its best, it should be fed a voltage of 3V.
