GHS 20-SME Overview
Safety reasons require that the current sensors be placed in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. As a safety measure, the current sensors are packaged inside the Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage to the devices. It is recommended that these current sensors supply a maximum current of 14mA. A 8 termination is present on the current sensors. While working, these current sensors can supply a voltage of 5V. Ideally, the minimum voltage provided by current sensors should be 4.5V. However, the voltage supplied by current sensors should not exceed 5.5V.
