HAL101JQ-I Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Box (TB) in order to protect it against damage. TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) packages are used to protect the magnetic switches from damage. A magnetic switch is capable of supplying 5.2mA as the maximum current for maximum performance.
