HAL103JQ-I Overview
A protective Tape & Box (TB) package surrounds the magnetic switch to protect it from damage. In order to ensure safety, magnetic switches are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) packages. As a maximum current, magnetic switches can supply 5.2mA. When these switches are working, their maximum current will be 50mA. It is recommended that magnetic switches have a maximum output current of 50mA. Switches of this type can deliver currents up to 5.2mA. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature for magnetic switches to 125°C. This magnetic switch, however, cannot operate at temperatures below -20°C.
