HAL220JQ-K Overview
Magnetic switches are packaged in Tape & Box (TB) for protection against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 Short Body packages. For good performance, the magnetic switches can supply 5.2mA. In operation, these switches are capable of outputting 50mA as the maximum current. For magnetic switches, the maximum current should be 50mA. It is possible for these switches to supply a maximum current of 5.2mA. A maximum operating temperature of 140°C can be set for the magnetic switches. This magnetic switch, however, cannot operate at temperatures below -40°C.
