HAL548 SF-E Overview
A protective Tape & Reel (TR) is applied to the magnetic switch in order to prevent damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-243AA, Variant packages. For good performance, the magnetic switches can supply 5.2mA. To be output, the maximum current of magnetic switches should be 20mA.
