HEDS-5540#A01 Overview
A minimum operating temperature of -40°C is required to ensure that the encoder performs as intended. However, this electronic part can operate at a maximum temperature of 100°C. Encoders have 5 pins. As a safety precaution, we put the encoders into Metal packages to allow them to be handled easily and to protect them from damage. During an indefinite period of time, an encoder will carry the maximum current of 5mA. A 57mA current is drawn by the encoder during operation.
