HEDS-5540#H14 Overview
Encoders cannot operate at temperatures lower than -40°C for proper operation. It should be noted, however, that the maximum operating temperature of this electronic part is 100°C. A 5 pin is located on each encoder. As a safety precaution, we put the encoders into Module packages to allow them to be handled easily and to protect them from damage. The encoder's voltage level is 5V. Currents carried by encoders are limited to 5mA.
