HI9P0201-5Z96 Overview
The electrical component comes in SOIC packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 80Ohm. The functions of 16 pins can be found in the datasheets. Multiplexers should not be powered above 44V in normal situations. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 500μA. Put voltage above 2mA on the multiplexer to cause damage. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 22V. An environment with a temperature greater than 75°C should not be used to operate the digital switches.
