Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.Tube represents the packaging method.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 9V~14V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver consists of 12 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.The board contains 12 pins for component connections.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 114V.
