A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 9V~14V supply voltage.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.The board has 8 component pins.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 114V.
