Its 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~14V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Components with 12 pins are available.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 60V.
