Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 4 drivers.In the direction of Through Hole, gate drivers is mounted.A supply voltage of 9.5V~15V demonstrates its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 20 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.The interface IC of the device is FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board has 20 component pins.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 95V.
