HIP4082IB Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SOIC package.Mosfet driver consists of 16 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 16 when designing the chip.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.Its interface IC is FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be 1.25A volts.A total of 16 pins are available for component connections.The basis of the model has 4 outputs integrated.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -55°C.Keeping the supply current at 6.4mA ensures greater stability.The supply voltage of 15V is its maximum value for operation.The supply voltage of 8.5V is its minimum value for operation.As a result, the current it emits is 1.25A.With a 1.3V output voltage, it works.
