The SOIC package provides greater flexibility.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 16 terminations.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.A total of 16 pins are available on the device.There is an interface IC called FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.An output current as high as 1.25A can be achieved at maximum power.The board has a total of 16 component pins.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is permissible.Temperatures below -55°C are allowed as the minimum.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 6.4mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.For operation, it requires a voltage of 15V.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 8.5V.In this case, the current output is 1.25A.The input is characterized by SCHMITT TRIGGER.
