Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the SOIC package.A package of Cut Tape has been used.This configuration includes 4 drivers.Its configuration starts with 16 terminations.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.The pins are configured with 16 when designing the chip.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is an output current limit of 1.4A for this device.The board contains 16 pins for component connections.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is permissible.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -55°C.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you keep the supply current at 6.4mA in order to achieve greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.The supply voltage of 15V is its maximum value for operation.A minimum supply voltage of 8.5V is required for operation.As a result, it outputs a 1.25A current.
