A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its PDIP package.The configuration is supported by 4 drivers.16 terminations constitute its foundation.Devices are mounted by Through Hole.When the device is designed, it has 16 pins.This device operates with 12V supply voltage.In this case, FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 1.25A.There are 16 component pins on the board.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -55°C.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 6.4mA.The supply voltage of 15V is its maximum value for operation.This device operates at 8.5V as the minimum supply voltage.As a result, the current it emits is 1.25A.1.3V is its output voltage.
