HIP4083APZ Overview
For greater flexibility, the PDIP package is adopted.Bulk represents the package.3 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.16 terminations constitute its foundation.The device is mounted using Through Hole.There are 16 pins available in the device.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 300mA.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 125°C.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 2.5mA.When the supply voltage is 15V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 7V must be applied.In this case, the current output is 300mA.In addition, technology that is unique can be used to provide JUNCTION TEMPERATURE FOR TEST.
