HIP4086APZ Overview
There is greater flexibility with the PDIP package.Bulk is the packaging method.The configuration is supported by 6 drivers.Initially, the configuration is composed of 24 terminations.In this case, Through Hole indicates how the device is mounted.In the device, there are 24 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.There is a maximum output current of 1.5A.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 10.5mA.This device operates at its maximum voltage of 95V.Its minimum operating voltage is 7V.Currently, 500mA is the current it outputs.Additionally, unique technology can be utilized to provide JUNCTION TEMPERATURE FOR TEST.A voltage of 101.3V is used as the output voltage.Mosfet driver ic is recommended that the maximum output voltage remain at 80V.
