HIP6301CB Overview


With its 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 4 input. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. The program can handle PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 4.75V~5.25V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA.
