Capsuled in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 4. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~5.25V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 50kHz~1.5MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount.
