ICL7660CPAZ Overview
It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Through Hole mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation.
