ICL7660SIPAZ Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Through Hole-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. There is a switching frequency of 10kHz~35kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin 2Vin.
