ICL7665ACSA+T Overview
There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. Power management consists of 2 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 2 is applied to the power ic, it conducts.
