There is a D case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. This is a OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER type op amp. A Tape and Reel case is used for delivering the op amp. It would be helpful if you could remember that this op amp ic should be powered by an 15V battery. I would like to specify that this buffer amplifier belongs to the Operational Amplifier-type of devices. Linear amplifier includes 8 pins. In terms of input offset voltage, operational amplifier rates 200μV. Maintain 20dB as the voltage gain. It is recommended that the temperature of this op amp ic should not fall below -40°C degrees Fahrenheit at any time. At temperatures greater than 85°C, op amp should not be used.
