IPS021L Overview
It's included in the SOT-223 package.Currently, 1 channels can be accessed.In the form of a Bulk, it is packaged.In total, it has 4 terminations.Device position DUAL is its terminal position.An efficient supply voltage is possible with 14V.In Surface Mount direction, it is positioned.Stable operation can be achieved with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C°C.At a minimum working temperature of -40°C degrees Celsius, it maintains reliability.Maximum supply voltage is 6VV.Low supply voltages, such as 4VV, can be used.In order to meet the operation criteria, the maximum output current has to be reduced to 1.4A.Devices with 130mOhm resistance are available.
