The Infineon IR2103 is a power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high and low-side referenced output channels. Ruggedized monolithic architecture is possible because of proprietary HVIC and latches immune CMOS technology. The logic input works with typical CMOS or LSTTL outputs.
