IR2131 Description
IR2131 is a type of gate driver IC with over current protection, shutdown and fault reporting. It has the following characteristic: Floating channel designed for bootstrap operation, Tolerant to negative transient voltage dV/dt immune, Undervoltage lockout for all channels, Matched propagation delay for all channels, Outputs out of phase with inputs.
