Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the PLCC package.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 3 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.During design, it is configured with 44 pins.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 350mA.For its basis, there are 6 outputs integrated.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 125°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.The supply voltage of 20V is its maximum value for operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 11.5V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 200mA.
