For greater flexibility, the PLCC package is adopted.Bulk represents the packaging method.6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.You mount it with Surface Mount.There are 32 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 350mA.The basis of this system consists of 3 outputs.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 125°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.For operation, the supply voltage of 20V is the maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 10V must be maintained.Mosfet gate drivers is outputting a current of 200mA.As long as the output voltage is set to 300mV, it will work.
