IR2235JTR Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its PLCC package.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is supported by 6 drivers.Its configuration is based on a total of 32 terminations.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.A total of 32 pins are available on the device.With a supply voltage of 15V, it is designed to operate.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 500mA.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 3 outputs that have been integrated.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.For operation, it requires a voltage of 20V.A supply voltage of 10V is the minimum value required to operate the device.Based on unique technology, FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT can also be provided.
