IR4426 Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Through Hole.In the absence of a 6V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.-40°C~150°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Inverting is used as its input type.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number IR4426.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.
