IR4428PBF Overview
For greater flexibility, the PDIP package is adopted.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Devices are mounted by Through Hole.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.In the maximum case, the output current can be 3.3A volts.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is permissible.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 200μA.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 20V.A supply voltage of 6V is the minimum value required to operate the device.Mosfet gate drivers is outputting a current of 2.3A.In this case, 20V is the output voltage.
