For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The mount method is Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 700V.The maximum power dissipation of 625mW shows its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 1.6mA.
