ISL43122IHZ-T Overview
Packed in SOT-23-8, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel. Electronic part bodies are injected with 8 pins. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 20Ohm. For functions related to 8 pins, please refer to the datasheets. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 12V. Analog switch ics with Single supply type are cost-effective. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 2.7V. This multiplexer would work with 1μA current. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 1μA, damage can occur. Temperatures higher than 85°C are not recommended for operation of the analogue multiplexer. It is capable of carrying out 2-bit operation.
