ISL43240IAZ-T Overview

The analog switch ic is of the Dual, Single supply type and is cost-effective. 2V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. 10nA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If you put voltage higher than 1μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 6V. When using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 2V. SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are utilized by this digital multiplexer. Operating voltages range from 9V. A temperature above 85°C is not suitable for operation of the analogue multiplexer. 4-bits are supported.
