ISL43L712IRZ Overview

Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. 1.65V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. The switch device would be able to operate with 30nA current. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 30nA. There is an integrated analog IC SPDT in the module. The analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs in total. It is not recommended to operate the switches in an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C.
