ISL6224CAZ Overview
With its 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. Qualified to work in a -10°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 300kHz 600kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
